Fabulous women getting together on a monthly basis to learn & share tips & techniques on creating the life we love. Each month we will be focussing on a different topic, from achieving our dreams & desires, maximising our health & energy, to oozing with confidence each & everyday. As women we play so many different roles in our lives - mother, daughter, wife, friend, career woman to name but a few, and sometimes we can lose ourselves within these roles. Feeling we do not have time to make time for ourselves, life flashes by a 100 mph until we are running on empty & frustration sets in. Damsels in Success is all about creating success without the stress, achieving the things we want with more ease while dealing with the challenges life throws at us along the way. Its a monthly fusion of energy, fun & laughter with take away learnings to help make those changes we need to feel fulfilled.
