Click here to read the full post>> A different sort of energy!March 15, 2012 I've been working in the Middle East for the last few weeks - enjoying the sunshine and the part I'm playing in a Leadership Development Programme I've been connected to for a few years now. Every so often we run the programme just for Arab women - and the whole staff team are women too. It is difficult for me to put my finger on, but the whole experience is just DIFFERENT! From the determination the delegates show, to the laughter and spontaneous dancing - and the opportunity to spend time with people who are interested in learning and growing and sharing experiences of life that we all have, regardless of our culture. I've spent a good few years working out what i love doing and what I'm here for (!) and I have certainly made some changes (big and small) that mean I'm living a clearer and happier life these days.
