I'm writing to you after another gloriously sunny day, in the beautiful scenic Cotswolds where I am on a personal development programme and after what has been a fabulous couple of weeks of celebration, catching up with family & friends and having an absolutely fab, fun time - in amongst all of that completing a 20 mile practice walk with the super team of ladies that will be walking 26.2 miles around London in our decorated bras this weekend in aid of Breast Cancer.

New Season, new beginnings - Lucie & The Queen of Sparkle!

Would you like some gossip?

Like any relationship, when it ends there are only really two people who know what really went on.

So, when Karen Footman and  Lucie Bradbury announced she was going to move on from Damsels in Success
(they started the Warwick group together 3 years ago), many of their cherished members & clients were probably left confused & wondering what had gone on.  

It was a brave decision from Karen - not only was she Lucie's business partner but one of her best friends. 

Today, not only have they both gone on to flourish & fly doing what they're really on the planet for (Lucie went on to take the Damsels in Success Brand Nationwide and Karen established herself as the Queen of Sparkle!), they have retained their so beautiful and special friendship. 

To celebrate April's month of 'New Beginnings' they decided they should tell their story for the very first time! and even better they recorded it - just for you!

Love yourself this Valentines Day...

February's Theme - Love Yourself & Improve Your Health

When it comes down to it - there is nothing more important to a woman than her health.

One of the promises I set myself during our January event is to focus on improving my health & energy this year..It will be a journey, I am absolutely an example of 'work in progress!' and I will be connecting with the amazing Damsels ladies for support, encouragement and the occassional talking to when i need it! 

To me, looking after yourself is not only crucial to your success and happiness, but I'd go so far as to say for most women, NOT looking after yourself is the ROOT CAUSE of most of the stress and problems we face on a daily basis, that's most certainly been my experience in the past.
